Meu soberbo ser humano, como eles dizem, com razão (e dar uma leitura à Carta Olímpica ajuda), declarar como um objectivo primordial dos Jogos "to place sport at the service of the harmonious development of man, with a view to promoting a peaceful society concerned with the preservation of human dignity" parece-me um objectivo bastante político.

ps. Abstenho-me de comentar a barbárie que é o ponto 4. Sem querer tirar-vos o prazer, aquilo começa assim: "the practice of sport is a human right".
